A: No. We can not legally ship cookies under the Texas Cottage Laws
Q: Do you deliver?
A: No. You must pick up your order at our shop in Deadwood (Located outside of Carthage) unless special arrangement have been made.
Q: How far in advance should I order?
A: We are currently booking up 2-3 months in advance depending on the time of year. It's never too early to order!! Sometimes we do have cancelations and can squeeze you in but do not depend on it.
Q: Do you have a store front?
A; No. We do have a shop that we work out of, but it is not open to the public.
Q: How do I pay?
A: We accept cash, check (made out to Madison Bagley) and PayPal ([email protected])
Q: Do you have to put a deposit down?
A: If your order is over $100 then we will require a $20 non refundable deposit. Otherwise no you do not have to put down a deposit to order cookies.
